No progress was made at a Tuesday court hearing in the case of 18-year-old Sherwood Park resident Blaine McNally's death.
Tuesday's hearing was so quick, accused Justin Faltermeier, 18, didn't even make an appearance on closed circuit television.
The case was again delayed, giving the accused time to look over legal documents with his attorney.
A new court hearing has been set for Wednesday, Nov. 25 at 9:30 a.m.
A plea has yet to be entered in the case.
Faltermeier has been charged with first degree murder after McNally was stabbed earlier this year in July.
